To resolve the issue where iCloud services are unusable while using the WARP VPN, simply open your Zero Trust Dashboard, Go into the Settings tab, Open the Network page, then scroll to the Firewall section, and Disable Proxy.
Settings > Network > Firewall > Proxy (Disable)
