If my site getting more than 200,000 request per day you are breaking the connections ?

The free plan does a pretty good job of protecting your site, and has no limits as long as you don’t violate Terms of Service.
I use UptimeRobot to monitor my site and it’s fine. Most monitoring should be fine, but if you have a specific concern, it would be best if you set up a dev environment on a separate domain added to Cloudflare.
