I website sometimes opening too slowly

I started using Cloudflare 3 months ago. After connecting it with wp rocket about 1 months ago, I can see that my website is opening very slowly sometimes. Not all time sir

I recently send my website to bitmedia ad Network. They said that my website is not opening. I have uploaded the screen shot

May be Cloudflare have some issues with wp rocket
