I was told to contact you

Hey, I’m having a 504 issue and I contacted my host and they check my name servers and said it had something to do with you guys. So I’m here to ask for a solution! I don’t want to be told to go see my host again!

Ok, I won’t tell you to check with your host again, but give this a read:

Im Sorry, But it didn’t help me. I did read it though and its just like the ones I’ve read before. Should I contact support for this?

You’re welcome to contact Support, but that Community Tip was written by Support. You may notice that 5 out of the 6 tips are origin-server related. The one that doesn’t come from your host is a rare Cloudflare issue.
