What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I purchased a 6 digit xyz domain specifically because of the 0.83 price however I was billed $11.18. for 1 year. It definitely showed .83 when I registered and if I go to add more years now it shows .83 per year. I’d like the difference refunded. Thanks for any help.
