What is the issue you’re encountering

I transfer the domain over yesterday, I was charge a renewal fee but the domain is not renewed. My paypal was charged and cloudflare issue me an invoice, but my domain is not renewed.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I lodge a ticket but I cannot access the tickets it kept bringing me to the follow page when I click view my activities.

Registrar issues require a Registrar ticket with Support

I wasn’t given one.

What do you expect the new expiration date to be?

I see 2026-03-07 as the expiration date: Cloudflare | Domain Lookup

The new date should be March 2027

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. For customers on the Free plan you can follow up through email replies on the case.
