Billed 11 times instead of 1 time on my Paypal account
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Ticket created the 07/19/24 on Cloudflare, no response.
Reclamation on Paypal the 07/31/24 in progress.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I cannot recreate the bug.
I have been billed 11 times 3.55$ (for a total of 39.05$) through Paypal for upgrading my Cloudflare Images subscription from 100k stored images to 200k stored images instead of just a one time payment of 3.55$.
The associated invoice (only one of 3.55$ the 07/19/24) is marked as “not payed”.

Cloudflare only issues refunds in very specific situations, such as fault in service. As this is not the case, we will not be able to attend your request.
This is so insane to read I have no word. Cloudflare can charge you thousand of dollars for no reason and never refund you and its fine ? It seems like no one is ever going to read your ticket, and the best response you’re gonna get is a copy/paster response.
My business seems at risk for an “unpaid” bill that has been charged to me 11 times already. I have no idea what to do. Should I try again and make it 12 ?
