Hi everyone,

I want to transfer the domain to this account, but the account that owns the domain has already had its email deleted. This is because the account used a company email, and since the person has resigned, the email was automatically deleted.

I also tried logging into the account, but it requires a password change, and since the email no longer exists, I can’t proceed.

I kindly request the moderator to reset the password for this email and send the default password to this account email, so that I can transfer the domain.

Support cannot do that. Ideally, you can get the email reactivated and get access to that email. That is the easiest way to regain control of the domain. Once you do that, you can use this link to recover and reset the password,

If you cannot complete the above, the next easiest step is to add the domain to the account you are using here and change the nameservers to the two shown on this page https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns. That will effectively move the domain to the account you can control.
