Hello , i want to transfer also my domain itgalaxy.io on cloudFlare , now i am on aws , i paid 72e/ year is very expensive , how i do ? is that cloudFlare less expensive ?

Cloudflare Registrar currently only offers at-cost domain registration to existing Cloudflare customers. So it’s going to be as cheap as it gets, without any sales gimmicks.
But that means your first step is to add your domain to Cloudflare to be come a customer. The free plan works fine. You’ll find the step-by-step instructions here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/
To get an idea of cost before the transfer, you can search for another domain in the same TLD here: https://domains.cloudflare.com/. Transfers and renewals are the same fee.
