Would you show screenshot if you see this error while onboarding or perhaps you might need to consider: Add a site · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs Currently, the domain does not use CF.

I see that screenshot. However, if you’re a user, kindly contact web owner to fix the issue. Cloudflare has nothing to do with this error as the domain does not use CF. Upon checking, I see the page loads fine for me using incognito mode. You can give it a try!

I am the developer of this process. I connected with the server team, and they informed me that the website is experiencing fake bot hits and fake IP traffic. To prevent or stop these fake hits, the server team recommended integrating the website with Cloudflare, as it can handle this issue effectively.

I have already set up Cloudflare, and now I want to add Cloudflare’s nameservers (NS) to my domain’s DNS settings. However, my domain’s DNS already contains multiple A records, so its not possible to add NS bcoz A records are added.

What is the option to connect my website to Cloudflare ?

Thanks for explaining the situation here. You’ve quite misunderstood how CF functions. When you add a domain in Cloudflare, CF will scan your current DNS records (including all existing A records). and would provide certain nameservers which you must change at your domain registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). Please see the attached doc above. CF will easen your burden

which is the better option ?

can you please check my setup is working fine or not ?

The Recommended option.

See the third indication which is asking you to update nameservers at the registrar. You need to do so.

But my main concern how to add Cloudflare records in DNS bcoz i have already added multiple A records so its not possible to add NS in domain DNS ?

You don’t need to add NS records to your existing nameservers. You need to replace your existing nameservers. That is in a completely different menu.

After that, you manage your DNS records on Cloudflare. All A records, TXT records and so on need to be on Cloudflare, not on your old DNS.

After the automatic import, you should check that all DNS records are imported to Cloudflare. If any are missing, copy them manually.

Okay all the previous records showing in cloudflare, then now can i add clpoudflare records in DNS using cloudflare dashboard.

these two records:

Can you please check the screenshot? At the bottom, it shows the Cloudflare nameservers. Have these A records already been added, or do I need to add them?

If you’ve opted for recommended option as suggested previously, the records were added automatically into DNS. Look into the DNS Tab.

these cloudflare records not add in the DNS, hot to add ?

You need to add the Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar.
