I want to pay the PRO plan but I received error 1253

Hi everyone,

Can you help us with the error code 1253 ?

I received this message when tried may plan to “PROFESSIONAL” category

I believe this error relates to a non super administrator, i.e. an administrator, is trying to change the plan level.

Did the pop up at the bottom say insufficient permissions?

If so, you will likely need to ask your Super Administrator to perform the upgrade.

Hi @user5074,

You must login to the account with the Super Administrator’s email address. Your user account is not the Super Admin for an account.
