Just add your domain onto your’s new, or someone else’s Cloudflare account, change nameservers at domain registrar to new ones (which will be given to that other CF account in the process of adding a domain to it’s CF account) and make sure to re-check and copy the settings “as-is” to make it work properly, if I understood what you want to achieve.
