Hello, i’m facing an issue of linking my domain to godaddy cpanel email the domain is located in godaddy and dns is hosted on Cloudflare what i want to do is to make the email working on this domain by linking it to godaddy cpanel email.
The first thing you need is to make sure all your DNS records here match the ones at GoDaddy. If that’s all set, give this a read, as 
hostnames won’t process email:

i follow the steps receiving emails is working but sending is not
and this is what i did in dns setting
That mail server is pretty slow, but it’s alive. Maybe the connection is timing out. I shudder to have to send you to GoDaddy Support, but it’s a server issue, not a Cloudflare one.
