What is the issue you’re encountering
I’m trying to enable “autoplay” and other playback options (loop, preload, etc.) for a video in Cloudflare Stream, but the settings are not being saved. I go to Stream > Insertar (Embed) I enable autoplay, loop, and preload. The options appear enabled, but there is no “Save” button. When I refresh the page, all options return to their default state (disabled). This means I can’t properly configure the video player as needed.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried in different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
Opened an incognito window to rule out cache issues.
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Checked the JSON settings after enabling autoplay (no change).
Verified if any Cloudflare Page Rules were affecting the settings.
Despite these steps, the issue persists.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to Cloudflare Stream dashboard.
Select a video and open the “Insert” tab.
Enable autoplay, loop, preload, or any other playback settings.
Refresh the page (or navigate away and come back).
All settings revert to default (unchecked).
