I want to change the purcharse Argo for Cache Reserve
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Hello everyone, as the title says, after doing some in-depth research I realized my content is more static than dynamic, which is why I haven’t seen any improvements with Argo. After looking into it online, I found that Cache Reserve would be a better fit for me.
Would it be possible to switch my purchase from Argo to Cache Reserve, please?
Just cancel your Argo subscription and activate the Cache Reserve subscription.
Both services have usage-based billing – you’ree billed for what you used in the previous billing month. So I don’t know what “refunds” you’re referring to.
You may see both Argo and Cache Reserve charges in your next invoice… but this will be your previously used Argo traffic (before cancellation), and your new Cache Reserve usage.
No, Algo has a $5 minimum fee. So if you didn’t use 1GB, then you’ll be charged $5. In fact, if you merely deactivate Argo (so you have zero traffic) but you don’t cancel the Algo subscription, you’ll still be billed the $5 every month.
Is there any way to contact support without having to upgrade to Cloudflare Pro, so that the $5 I paid can be switched to the Cache Reserve plan instead?
Otherwise, it’s basically like I paid $5 for nothing, because Argo didn’t do anything for my site.
