I want to block VPNs/Proxies from accessing my website/domain. (Have own API access key)

Is there anyway to to make some kind of ip rule which will check incoming ip with my api url and if user has vpn it will stop him?

Those lists are on available on enterprise and above. You can do it yourself by getting ASNs of VPN providers and making a rule yourself via the API.
