I want to block traffic to a specific URL

The other day my site was hacked and in many articles the content was changed and the slug was changed as well, and I fixed the problem.

However, when I visit Google Analytics, I see that every day there’s a lot of traffic going to one of the URL created by the hacker, which is this one: DOMAINNAME/es/konya-escort , and now I want to block all of the traffic that goes there, because this problem is messing up the metrics.

In order to block the traffic, I went into “Rules” > URL: “DOMAINNAME/es/konya-escort” > “Web Application Firewall”, but when I visit DOMAINNAME/es/konya-escort, it looks like I’m not getting block. Can you please help me solve this? It seems like the rule is not working, and I don’t know what I did wrong. Thanks.

If this is a non-existing path and it’s showing in Google Analytics, in all likelihood you are facing GA spamming, and no WAF rule will be able to prevent it. Please :search: online for possible solutions.

In any case, if your WAF rule is not performing as expected, you can try changing its order.
