I want to activate Email Routing but I don't see the option

I want to activate Email Routing but I don’t see the option when going Email > Email Routing in my dashboard.

Are you a superadmin in that account?

Email Routing is special and uses a lot of account-wide settings (addresses, workers, etc). My understanding is it only really works with superadmin, with anything else you get varying levels of permissions errors or not seeing it.
