Nobody here will be able to help you in this case, you will need to contact Cloudflare’s support.
In my personal opinion you should not have a good case though, as you signed up for the service and the service is being provided. Your motivation to cancel now is unrelated to all of that. Considering it is no long-term contract, it shouldnt be a problem anyhow to cancel before the next billing period.
