You need to remove the two foundationapi.com nameservers.
I am having the same nameserver issue with my domain (crenshawfoundation.org). I have replaced the current registrars nameservers with the two from Cloudflare and my transfer is still pending. Cloudflare, please advise.
I registered the domain with Shopify and replaced the nameservers via my Shopify account, as instructed. Please advise where the issue is exactly. Thanks
As in the link above, WHOIS and the registry show googledomains.com nameservers. If you are sure you have changed them at your registrar, you will need to contact them to ask why they aren’t showing as you have set.
I contacted Shopify and they advised that the transfer process on their end could take up to 7 days to complete. I will give it more time and check back. Thanks.
This domain was registered with Tucows (or one of their many OpenSRS and eNom resellers) on 28 Feb 2024. As of today, 10 Jan 2025, Tucows is still the registrar of this domain and there’s no registrar transfer in progress (STATUS: ACTIVE).
Unless Shopify also uses Tucows/OpenSRS for their registration which would make this an internal transfer, I don’t see how any of this makes sense. And internal should take 7 days… on eNom (now Tucows-owned), it was instant.
Thanks for the reply and yes, Shopify uses Tucows. I guess that puts my domain transfer to Cloudflare in a waiting state until Shopify updates the Tucows nameservers on my behalf. At least, that has been the understanding that I have come away with. I hope this makes sense because I’m just learning how this works.
