And working They were charging me like $20 a month for my website but it was trash so I didn’t pay that I transfer my domain and paid the $10 for Cloudflare but what let me hear was I was essentially trying to decentralize my website and then it just let me here I did all the register and the domain change DNS but I don’t know what else to do

Well, as far as I can tell this will be a server issue and you need to discuss this with your host, Cloudflare is not involved here. So best to pause Cloudflare and discuss this with your host.
What you need to fix on Cloudflare is the encryption mode. Make sure you have Full Strict selected at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls.
