I transferred a domain to Cloudflare, but the expiration date did not increase as expected

I transferred a domain to Cloudflare, but the expiration date did not increase as expected.
The previous domain’s expiration date was 2024-02-17, after the transfer I expected the new expiration date to be 2025-02-17.
Why hasn’t the expiration date changed?
Who can I complain to Cloudflare about this?
