I transfered my domain to cloudflare, does that also transfer my hosting to cloudflare
No, Cloudflare is no host, so all your web content is still with your actual host. Transferring the domain only transfers the domain management, especially as far as domain subscription renewals are concerned. DNS was managed before that already anyhow.
