What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve changed the IP addresses. I’ve removed and added DNS records. I’ve tried following the overwhelming complicated self-help instructions provided on the cloudflare’s support pages due to the absence of an actual representative. I’ve been at this for hours upon hours and have made no progress. I am doing something I’m not a subject matter expert on, and I need someone who’s more educated at this technical stuff than I am to help me.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

just try going to my domain www.otr-dispatch.com and you may get an Error 1000 message, you may get an Error 1016 message, or you may just see a white page with the word “OK!” in the top left corner.

Looks like you’ve fixed it in the meantime. I cannot reproduce the same error.
It’s working fine for me over Cloudflare proxied DNS records

Could you confirm?

Both www and non-www version respond with the same content (no redirection configured between them).
