I received the email with the new nameservers, but i don’t know how to update the new nameservers.

Log in to your domain registrar and follow their directions to replace your existing nameservers with your assigned Cloudflare nameservers.

Who is your domain registrar? You may need to ask them for guidance.

You cannot change nameservers on a domain that is registered with Cloudflare registrar. The only thing that I have seen result in new namseververs being assigned to a domain that uses Cloudflare registrar is when it has been deleted from the account. If that is what happened, you will need to open a registrar support request from your Cloudflare dashboard.

I’ve tried doing support.

They just close my case every time. I just need to know how to point my new nameservers to cloudflare that I received in an email.

Are you to trying to assign third-party nameservers in a domain that uses Cloudflare registrar? That is not possible. Domains that use Cloudflare registrar must use Cloudflare nameservers. You would need to transfer the domain to another registrar before you could switch to outside nameservers.

Yes, that is where I registered the domain.

I had to change the email from ([email protected] to [email protected] because I had to verify the email and I can’t verify until discounttiresales.com is active).
