I really need help with SSL and Page rule due to this outage

When you tested your domain, what were the results? Unable to update SSL/TLS to Flexible from FULL, and unable to turn on/off Page rules

Describe the issue you are having: Unable to update SSL/TLS to Flexible from FULL, and unable to turn on/off Page rules, I was doing testing over night by using this before the OUTAGE and our website is down for more than 24 hours now

What error message or number are you receiving? API request failed

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare? Yes, with FLEXIBLE setting

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

1. Update SSL/TLS from full to flexible
2. turn on/off any rule
3. No log was tracked for any of these action

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode? yes

Sorry to hear your site has been down for 24 hours. If you toggle the DNS record(s) to DNS Only, your site should start working again. If you’re having difficulty editing DNS records, you can also try the “Pause Cloudflare on this site” option in the lower right corner of the Overview page.

Thank you for your solution, i tried that, however, we are using SSL from Cloudflare, so if i turn off proxy, it will have SSL issue

You should always have SSL installed on your server. Please contact your host to fix that.
