I purchased business plan, but chat option is not enabled

Hello,
My domain is under attack, so I purchased a business plan to protect my website. I don’t see any option to start chatting or send an email to support or open a ticket to get help.

Please let me know how I can start a support chat with a Cloudflare expert or send an email to support to resolve my issue.
