@bh1 I see two ticket from this morning, one before and one after the post here. I merged them into 2476010.

What issue were you encountering when creating a ticket?


FROM within my support activity… I click GET MORE HELP and usually it shows I can create a ticket (AND I AM A PAID PRO CLiENT) but just gives me automated tech help now…no PAID TICKET support for PRO users?


I believe e-mail support and a ticket should still work for Pro plan.

Nevertheless, if the above option to write a ticket is not working for you, I’d suggest you to write a ticket to Cloudflare support due to your domain issue and share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue by following below step:

  • Send an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account

@bh1 aside from not being able to create a ticket (which I suspect is the result of the options selected in submitting the ticket), what issue are you facing? It is not mentioned on the tickets you created yesterday.
