I paid for the Cloudflare Pro Plan for one of my domains but I can’t activate it. I’m still on free and I can’t contact anyone to activate the service.
How can I resolve it?

But the problem remains. The account is free and if you try to upgrade it will ask you to pay again.
In this case you are affected by Cloudflare Status - Billing Subscription Update and Invoice Issues

Hi.
I received credit… but i’m having an issue with the credit on Cloudflare. The balance doesn’t show up anywhere, and I can’t activate the Pro plan as it still asks for card payment. I’ve already reported this, but it hasn’t been resolved yet, and the delay is causing significant disruptions to my site.
Unless something has changed, I believe that you cannot use a credit as the initial payment of a subscription, but it can be applied to a subsequent term. You may want to ask for clarification directly on your existing support ticket.
