Someone tried to access my info from a different IP. My admin privileges were suspended. Need to reinstate them and be able to update my DNS records. I paid for business plan and am still not able to get chat on line

I do not see any indication of that. I do see the biz plan and I see the chat icon on your dash.
I also see the nameservers for the zone have not been updated to cloudflare. Updating the dns records will not have any impact if the zone (domain) is not active with Cloudflare nameservers. You want to change the nameservers at your domain registrar to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns
Squarespace needs me to be the Admin so that I can change this whole thing held by Cloudflare to them. I just paid $250 and still can’t do a quick chat, which is kind of silly.

You are the superadmin of the Cloudflare account, that is better than admin.
Are you the admin of the squarespace account?
You need to add those records as they point your domain to the origin server (where your site is hosted) at squarespace. squarespace can tell you the value of those records and you’d enter them here on your cloudflare dashboard, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns.
The chat icon in the lower right on the screenshot you shared is where you’d kick off the chat.
You want to contact squarespace and ask them to change the namerservers to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns and have them remove any others. If they say you need to be an admin to do that, ask them to clarify if you are the admin on the squarespace account.
