I paid for Argo Smart Routing. It was not activated

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I paid for Argo Smart Routing from cloudflare.com. It has not been activated. The subscription appears to have started.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to activate it several times. It didn’t work.

May I ask how did you measure it and what have you checked so far if it’s enabled and working or not? :thinking: Maybe you don’t have enough traffic which Argo could speed-up?

Look at the screenshot. There is not even an enable/disable option here.

This does not look normal.

What happens when you click on the button “Activate”? :thinking:
What error do you get?

When I activate it; The payment option appears as if I have never paid. Even if I try to pay again later, it does not take the payment and goes back to its old state.
