OK, the name servers are not set to cloudflare, that’s item 1 in the above document.
It looks like the name servers were set for a few days to rachel & christian, cloudflare name servers. But, that is no longer the case. Either you changed them & changed them back or the ICANN holds on your domain prevented the change:
Domain Status: clientDeleteProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientDeleteProhibited
Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientRenewProhibited
Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited
Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited
Either way, you need to contact your registrar, first ask them to remove the holds on your domain and then ask them to change the name servers to the two assigned by Cloudflare.
