I need to update Cloudflare's Authenticated Origin Pulls feature SSL certificate but I don't have a Private key

I need to update Cloudflare’s Authenticated Origin Pulls feature SSL certificate, which is expiring tomorrow, but I don’t have a Private key for it that is required from cpanel’s WHM.

The corresponding article: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/204899617-Authenticated-Origin-Pulls

I already opened a ticket with Cpanel’s support and this is their response:

" In order to install a certificate, the private key is required. Otherwise, the certificate is not able to be installed.

cPanel Support does not have any direct experience regarding to Cloudflare’s Authenticated Origin Pulls feature. I would recommend contacting Cloudflare’s Support directly for further information regarding this feature."

Please advise how can I retrieve the private key.

Hi @user5709, I checked a number of domains in your account and can see that the feature is enabled for at least 4 of the domains.

However, if you did not go through the process of installing this extra certificate on your origin before, you were not actually receiving any benefits from the feature. If you had gone through and installed the cert before, it’s the same process to update. And, that process and the certificates you need are outlined in the doc you shared above, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/204899617.

If you’d not gone through this process before, you may want to simply disable the feature.
