What are the records, and what error did you get that makes you say they were not accepted?

The records are as follows…
TXT name = @
TXT value = v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
TTL = 1h
That record doesn’t exist in your authoritative DNS. The only record returned is a TXT record for
dig radford-electrical.co.uk txt +short
"MS=ms89734603"
In the DNS overview page ensure you are in the correct zone when adding the DNS record and that the nameservers listed for the domain are jonah and nicole.
If both of those are true, please post a screesnhot of the record in your DNS on Cloudflare.

Please go to the DNS page in Cloudflare and post a full page screenshot.
You’re in the wrong Cloudflare account. Please make any changes in the account in which the domain is active.
Two different sets of cloudflare nameservers is a very good indicator you are logged into the wrong account. Check the domain has nameservers here, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. If the two you see on whatsmydns are not the two you see shown on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns then you are most certainly in the wrong account.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the other account. I’d start with this link, if you don’t know the email. Do that and then check any other email accounts for an email on gaining access. This link may help, but it only work when logged out, if you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-emai

At the top of the page, it will say “Pending Nameserver” or something like that, not active:
You need to find the account in which the domain is active.
Yes, it means you are in the wrong account. Please follow the steps I previously shared.
