What is the name of the domain?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m a consultant brought in to help the owner of the domain. He doesn’t remember signing up for cloudflare, but his domains are hosted on cloudflare DNS. We need to find the email address used to register so he can reset his password and allow changes.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We tried using the “reset password” screen for his primary email - the web form said it sent a reset code, but he didn’t get entering

Try “Forgot your email”.

The domain was added to Cloudflare on 2023-12-13 according to securitytrails.com if that helps remind them who might have added the domain to Cloudflare.

If you can’t access the account you’ll need to take control of the DNS by changing the namservers at the registrar to point to those for a new Cloudflare account, or another DNS provider.
