Hello,

Greetings,
Thank you for asking.
May I ask if your domain name is using Cloudflare Registrar, or?
Did you transferred it to Cloudflare or registered a new one maybe, or none of that?
May I ask you to post and share your domain name in bracketed dot [.] notation here with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?

Our registra is delux. You are the host. Cloudflare asked me to create a new account and when I did, it prompted me to change the nameserver.

If you’re still having the access, you should have, then you should be able to change them back to the old ones at your domain registrar interface.
Why you’re not able to do that?
May I ask how did you done it first time changing them to the assigned and provided ones from Cloudflare after creating a Cloudflare account?
Original ones:
austin.ns.Cloudflare
joan.ns.Cloudflare
Can you change it for me?
The name servers that are in there now are the ones that Cloudflare reassigned. Those are renan and ruth and they are the new ones. Delux has the austin and joan. They need to match delux’s
This sounds to me like you’ve used Cloudflare since before with some other Cloudflare account, otherwise via some 3rd-party integration or a hosting partner?
I am also trying to add an ecommerce page once it is back up. I’m using square for that. Are you able to help me with that?
May I ask if it is Squarespace or?
Yes, we will be using that to process payments.
{ stecsteadfast}.com for Square space
Are you still there?
Hello?
Good morning,
Can we get this issue resolved today? I’ve put in another ticket today because I didn’t get a response. Please help! Our site has been down for almost a week and I need this resolved today if possible.
Only the owner of the domain can change these things, and that is done from the domain registrar.
Seems correct, current registrar is “Deluxe Small Business Sales, Inc. d/b/a Aplus.net
”
Those are the ones you need to contact in order for assistance with the modification of your name servers, if you are unable to figure out how to do it on your own.
These are actually the CURRENT ones for that domain you mention.
Again, refer to above.
Only the person and/or the people with access to the account on “Deluxe Small Business Sales, Inc. d/b/a Aplus.net
”, which is holding the domain in it’s portfolio would be able to make that change.
That is because your DNS points to something incorrect.
You would need to get the correct records from your actual hosting provider.
According to the above, if you are looking to point your domain to Squarespace, you would need to follow their advice on how to connect your domain to their platform, and add the record(s) that they provide to you.
I kindly suggest you to avoid flooding the forum (or anywhere else) with multiple threads for the exact same thing.
No matter if were talking about multiple forum threads, or multiple support tickets, they will serve absolutely nothing good, but only just be delaying the possible resolution of your case even further.
ALSO REMEMBER →
Changing things such as e.g. name servers or DNSSEC related data from the domain registrar can take up to 48-96 hours to propagate worldwide, which neither Cloudflare, the domain registrar/registry, or anyone else would be able to expedite.
For the major domains such as e.g. the .com and .net TLD, the TTL of the delegation from the parent registry is set at 48 hours, which means that the 48 hours is the least you should be expecting to wait for.
Changing name servers is fortunately not something you would be doing multiple times a day.
