This this rule ok

Hi @edsinno,

That looks like it will do what you asked. If it is from NA, and not a known bot then it will have whatever action you chose applied.

here is the full pic

So you will show a Captcha to any request from North America, unless it’s a known “good” bot.

If you, instead, want to block it, just change that action to “Block”.

Thank you @domjh
For a super quick reply

As of now i will keep it as challenge than later on block it, just to see the success and failure rate i.e CSR challenge solve rate

No problem, glad I could help

Perfect, yes you can easily see the CSR on the rule page.

@domjh , just wanted to know, if you have any idea

ZoominfoBot (zoominfobot at zoominfo dot com)

is a good bot or bad bot,

It appears to be something related to market intelligence from this company zoominfo.com

I don’t know if that’s something you want on your site or not.

so If I have to allow it, how should I Modify the rule

BTW I was trying to search on net and found this

If you want to allow it, try something like this. Either User Agent does not contain or does not equal and then either a partial or full UA string.
