Hi @edsinno,
That looks like it will do what you asked. If it is from NA, and not a known bot then it will have whatever action you chose applied.
So you will show a Captcha to any request from North America, unless it’s a known “good” bot.
If you, instead, want to block it, just change that action to “Block”.

It appears to be something related to market intelligence from this company zoominfo.com
I don’t know if that’s something you want on your site or not.

If you want to allow it, try something like this. Either User Agent does not contain or does not equal and then either a partial or full UA string.
