I need to change my DNS

Hi I seem to have a problem
I was with host europe and was advised to use cloudflare for faster website, this meant I had to change my name servers, host europe did this for me.
I now want to change hosting company, however my Registrar comes up Unknown.
I have 2 DNS addresses here on cloudflare but cannot change them.
I get this from whoisthis.
No registry RDAP server was identified for this domain. Attempting lookup using WHOIS service.
Failed to perform lookup using WHOIS service: TLD_NOT_SUPPORTED.

How do I change my DNS and quit cloudflare?

I am not too savvy in IT, any help appreciated
Derek

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

If you just want to change hosts, you don’t need to quit Cloudflare. You can update your IP addresses to use those provided by your new host. This Community Tutorial vovers that process.

To stop using Cloudflare DNS, you will need to change the nameservers that are set at your domain registrar. It looks like you are unsure who that is. If you are comfortable sharing your domain here, someone in the Community can help you figure out where your domain is registered.

Thanks for the reply.
1 I need to change the cloudflare name servers as in the pic, and this I can’t access.

2 my site name is interspeech dot de

interspeech.de is already using the nameservers from your screenshot.
So you should be able to follow the guide that @epic.network linked in his post.

You already have made the change to those nameservers.

Domain: interspeech.de
Nserver: michelle.ns.cloudflare.com
Nserver: roan.ns.cloudflare.com
Status: connect
Changed: 2020-11-26T15:50:07+01:00

That was a few years ago, my new provider tells me this:

The name servers are managed by your external domain provider.
To edit the nameservers, go to the nameserver settings of your external domain provider.

To use the new name servers, you simply need to enter the following name servers in the settings of your domain provider:

So how do I enter the new name servers into cloudflare? (if that is what I need to do)

It is not. You do not enter nameservers at Cloudflare. You change your nameservers at your domain registrar. Apparently the registry for de does not publicly disclose the registrar details. If you don’t know who you pay to register your domain, you can use the registry website to look it up. You will have to do it yourself, though. It requires information that only you are likely to know.

Thanks, that could be what I am after.
I really appreciate you taking time to help.
