What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve been trying for about a month now to connect my hosting platform to my domain registrar with no luck at all. I’ve contacted both companies and they say it is a problem with the other company. I am using the name silo as my registrar and Easy Blog Networks as my hosting provider. My hosting provider gave me 2 different nameservers, both of which failed and they claimed it was a problem with my registrar. They told me then to try to set up third-party DNS hosting with Cloudflare and gave me no further assistance. I am disappointed also that Cloudflare has zero customer support to their very confusing process. When using third party nameservers, my hosting provider told me to enter the The steps I have taken to resolve the problem are to u[date the zone records which is the IP address I’m assuming. I did this and nothing happened. I also copied and pasted the cloudelaire DNS records into namesilo and nothing happens. MY cloudelfaire account says I have been pending for months. Please someone help me. I need it desperately. This is getting ridiculous. I am not going to upgrade to a business plan just to get customer support.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have no idea, I am not good with technology. I have hit several roadblocks on this journey for no reason. This simple task has turned the last month into a challenging one. I have worked at this for hours a week and still no results. I am begging anybody, if you can help me I need it.
