There were no modifications made with our website. This was the email we received from cloudflare before out website became inaccessible:

The zone: “velocityventures.vc” in account: “It@velocityventures[.]vc’s Account” was deleted by Cloudflare on 2024-12-16T07:38:26.656993045Z.
If the zone was deleted by mistake, you can add the zone back to reinstate existing configuration of the zone. You can read more about zone deletions by following the link below:

Apart from what you say, what I see that your domain is using CF and is functioning. Secondly, the page displays under construction which needs to be rectified from your Dev team (not CF).
