What operating system are you using? Windows 7?
If so, you’ll need to upgrade your operating system to a more modern one. Windows 7 has been end of life for a long time now and as per the Cloudflare docs:
If your visitors are using an up-to-date version of a major browser — such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Safari on mobile — they will receive the challenge correctly.
Chrome is no longer supported on Windows 7. Firefox is, so you could probably use that for a little while longer, but even that will be unsupported early next year.
Your best solution here is to simply use a more modern operating system that still receives updates, security patches, and software being built for it.

my system is windows 8.1
Windows 8.1 is past end of life for over six months now. Microsoft only supports the most recent versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11. Sometimes the immediately prior version is still supported. It is best to consult Microsoft for official details.
