We just purchased a hockey team and we are unable to access the Cloudflare hosting account. No one from the old ownership knows the login information. How can I go about doing this?

If none of those work then you will need to change the nameservers at the domain registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account, or another DNS provider. It is most likely your site isn’t hosted on Cloudflare so you should be paying someone for hosting and be able to find out who that is.
If you give the domain name, it’s easier to find any public information.
