I have a paid suscription and even that I cannot get response from my tickets. I have wrong charges to my account, cannot edit plan settings… I urgently need an email to contact them.

Sorry for the issues, tickets can’t be created via email. If you did create one via the dash and have a ticket number, can you share it here? If not, you need to open a billing ticket as only Support can assist on billing issues.

Oh thank you very much… Here is the ticket number 01306777. And regarding posting a ticket that is exactly the problem… I post tickets but I get no response from them… they don’t even are shown in the open cases report. Please let me know any other information you may need. I am very frustrated. Summarizing, these are my issues:

  • I was charged of $100 for 4 pro suscriptions.
  • In console, there are shown two identical domains (preciseiot.com) one with free account, other with a pro account.
  • I cannot edit the payment method (edit the credit card but it’s not updated after save)
  • Edit button for the suscription not working.
  • And (as I said above) I create support tickets that are never attended.

I wonder if you had chance to see me last comment. My case is a little bit complex, because is not only the billing issue but issues with the support system, duplicate sites, etc. I really appreciate any help you can bring here.

By the way, I have this weird condition in the suscription section where I have 2 plans for the same site (preciseiot.com)… I try to edit the the paid plan but the page loads like if was a free plan. Actually I want to downgrade the pro plan to a free plan but I can’t.
