I made a big mistake

I deleted all dns info thinking that I had made a mistake in setting up a new record. Now I have set up the new record properly but all the DNS info is gone. Is there any way to get it all back?

Probably. Exactly how you go about that depends on what you mean by:

If you mean that you deleted your records in the Cloudflare DNS app, you should be able to see everything that you deleted in your audit log.
