Your best option is to use one of your recovery codes. If you do not have access to your 2FA account or backup codes, use a verified device to request a temporary access code. Once you reset your 2FA, be sure to safely store your recovery codes.

After many days I found the backup code.
As the backup code is a txt file.
How do I use it to log in with that backup code?

Inside the text file you will see codes that can be used one time. Be sure to reconfigure your 2FA and create new backup codes after you get signed in.

It’s so hard for me.
Because I have backup code from cloudflare and a 10 line number string.
The instructions in the link are to use Google Authenticator.
Like when using 2FA, use authentication.
I still don’t know how to switch stars to login.

The link I shared should go directly to the section on using backup codes in the event your authenticator app is unavailable.
Those are the 10 single-use codes. You will need to use one when you are asked for the 2FA during the login process.

You most likely cannot. If you have exhausted all of the self-service recovery methods, access is permanently gone. You will need to move to a new account and take more care with your credentials in the future.
