I lost my 2FA

I lost my another account’s 2FA.

I sent a mail to [email protected].
Then the bot asked me to enter the recovery code in 3 domains, but the web servers are not registered in DNS for the 2 domains.

It sounds like you are already in contact with Support. They are the only ones who can help with this.

But if you post the Ticket #, one of the moderators might check in on the progress.

They continue to connect with the bots, not the engineers.
