I cant log in without passkey, my password is working.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Hi guys, I lost my credentials, and started the recovery process 5 days ago. I used the same email, what I use for login. I done with the first verification: “[Cloudflare]: Verify your login help request Inbox” then I verified my address too: “Please verify your email address Inbox” then I started the process and I give the code for starting the recovery process “[Cloudflare]: Your Cloudflare account recovery request Inbox”
Everything seems to be fine, but I no answer from Cloudflare in 5 days. I can restart the process but I don’t want to wait 5 days again.
I think my ticket number (01314270) just abandoned.
How can I get back my login?

Thanks for your answer. I followed the suggested recovery process, as you have mentioned.
I haven’t gotten any answers in a week; I think it was holiday season or lower priority for not logged-in users.
The solution was to create another account, and there I contacted the support and mentioned the another ticket number and account.
On the top bar: Support → Contact Cloudflare → Account → “My Profile” → “I don’t know” → It was not domain related → I gave summary (Lost 2FA backup codes and passkey) → Add more details → P1 → I gave the lost account email as collaborator.
They gave me another guide; I have to just start and verify a few things. I had to add a few TXT files to my web host. The process was straightforward and quick. After I got an answer, I regained my account in 30 minutes.
