I keep getting this error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

My website was working before, but now I am get this error. On my phone the error is
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE. Does anyone know if the error is with my hosting provider or with Cloudflare?
