What is the issue you’re encountering

my domain is on godaddy and my hosting is on shopify i just connect cloudflare and now i need to active proxy on A records and CNAME through O2O

O2O only works with CNAMEs. Any A/AAAA records for Shopify need to be changed to CNAMEs, see…

You can raise a support ticket to ask for Shopify O2O to be enabled.

according this doc i create CNAME and turn on the proxy but its generate an error

Enabing O2O for Shopify at the moment still requires a manual step by Cloudflare so you need to raise a ticket to ask.

That’s just the current Cloudflare service status, not an error message.
