I just moved my domain

I just moved my domain from namecheap dns to cloudflare, if proxied the domain will show a too many redirects error, if unproxied it will show an expired certificate

While Cloudflare is paused, you need to fix the SSL at your origin. Once that is working properly, ensure that you are using Full (Strict) SSL mode in Cloudflare.
